As a Brazilian cultural anthropologist passionate about hotels that celebrate Afro-Brazilian heritage, I sought a welcoming and inclusive retreat for my family vacation at Pousada Sol E Mar. Our stay was enriched with fantastic staff who made us feel at home. The highlight for my family was the hotel's exotic animal park, where we interacted with rescued animals and learned about their stories. It was heartwarming to see the passion of the staff for animal welfare. Despite the lack of a sea view, the proximity to Barra Grande beach and the well-maintained gardens added to our enjoyment.
